Merchandise Transfer:

• If a transfer of merchandise is requested, the deposit must be applied to the original purchase amount.

Special Orders:

• Special orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Layaway Terms:

• One Year Layaway is available.
• A 25% cancellation fee applies to layaways only. Paid-out goods are not refundable or exchangeable.

Furniture Fitment:

• Additional charges may apply for items that do not fit. The store is not responsible for non-fitting items.

Clean-up Responsibility:

• The store is not responsible for clean-up.
